I was tired of living inside the boxes that external forces had put me in; I was desperate for the freedom to be myself… after years of my own healing, I knew it was time to share what I had learned- and so came Outside the Box Coaching. Through signature coaching programs I am on a mission to help YOU escape your own boxes; working with me means healing childhood trauma, building foundational habits of self love & confidence, and living in your most authentic freedom. Why Outside the Box?

I pride myself on building a brand based on authenticity & connection. I have a solid understanding of what I know, and what I still have to learn; meaning I will never teach what I do not already know myself. Every course, program, or resource that I offer has been designed based on what I know works because I have done the work myself. When working with me you can be sure you are getting real, honest guidance & support.

My education in Child and Youth Care & experience in 1:1 child care give me a unique perspective into inner child work, as I have studied & witnessed the way children experience the world and internalize their experiences. My education also provides me with evidence based therapeutic practices; meaning you can trust that I am always providing a safe, productive therapeutic space.
